Toggle to hide "Free" from Meetings Requiring No Payment

Please add a toggle that allows us to disable "Free" from appearing with Meetings that don't require payment

For example, there are special meetings that offer free consultation but having free on there may imply that those services are free. It's to avoid misleading clients.
