I recently had the opportunity to try MyMeet.io, opting for Tier 3 to access all available features. While I see a lot of potential in the platform, I encountered some limitations that I hope can be addressed to improve the overall experience.

Scheduling, Availability, and Topics

It would be helpful to set custom availability per topic. For example, having one topic only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, another topic every day, and another topic only on Friday evenings. This would aid in calendar management and reduce confusion for clients.
Custom meeting lengths would be great, as my client meetings are typically 75 minutes. Offering 15-minute increments (e.g., 60, 75, 90) would be ideal.
A buffer time option for scheduling availability would be beneficial. For example, preventing scheduling 15-30 minutes before or after existing calls or events.
On the booking page, all my topics appear as "free," which is misleading. Some of my clients schedule calls as part of a prepaid package, not paying for each call individually. I would like the option to customize the text in the top right corner of each topic, such as displaying "current clients" instead of "free."
Having issues with the Google Calendar integration, it's booking over slots that are blocked as "busy" in the calendar causing double booking.
About the Call

The call functionality stopped working when I attempted to use the whiteboard, resulting in a poor experience as we had to switch to my client's team account.
The whiteboard tool was challenging to use. The writing tool didn’t function correctly, and when I added a picture, it appeared too large and couldn’t be resized.
I encountered an issue when a client requested to reschedule a call from 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM. I couldn’t access the call from my dashboard at the new time. It would be useful to access calls at any time and extend the call duration if needed, ensuring it doesn’t cut off unexpectedly.
The camera is flipped or mirrored in a strange way. Where can I find the setting to change this?
Embedding on Website

I attempted to embed the booking widget on my Squarespace website but couldn’t achieve the same functionality as with Calendly. I used "Add block" > "Embed" and also tried "Code" with the following script:

Overall Impression

I'm considering continuing with the app for a maximum of two weeks to gather enough information and determine if it’s a viable alternative to Zoom, Google Meet, or Calendly. I hope to receive feedback from your team on these points.
